After digitization, your original photographs can either be shredded securely or returned to you for the cost of shipping. Returns

Due to the nature of photograph digitalization, we do not offer returns on our service
If any of the physical mediums (Hard drives, USBs, Photo Frames, etc) are defective, we will happily work with you to replace with a functioning unit

Refunds

If you decide not to proceed with photo digitalization after placing an order, but before shipping the photographs, please reach out and we will cancel the order and refund you
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product or service, please reach out to us so we can make things right
Shipping costs for mailing the photos to us will depend on where you're located and who you choose as your courier. You are responsible for packing and shipping your photographs to us, and we cover sending the USB, hard drives, and other optional add-ons back to you. If you elect to receive your physical photographs back, we will ship them via your preferred carrier, in the original package used if possible, or via a similar package if not.
